Preventive Medicine Through Ayurveda (Dinacharya or Daily Routine)
One of Ayurveda’s gift to mankind is its detailed steps to prevent disease. Ayurveda provides a unique set of guidelines called Daily Routine (Dinacarya) to help you achieve optimum health. When practiced regularly, can prevent old age diseases such as cataract, dementia, joint pain, skin disorders etc. This evidenced-based preventive method also keeps the nerve in a healthy condition thereby preventing old-age related neurological disorders.
